Loved this place and our stay. Great location and great size for 4 people. We had an issue the first night with the shower being clogged, but Hans was very responsive and sent someone over first thing the next day to address this, which we appreciated. Would happily stay there again next time we are in Brugge.

I came with a group of 6 college students for the weekend and it was great. The location of the flat is wonderful, and all the images look just like the flat does in real life. Hans-Joseph was a amazing. He was excellent at communicating details about check in and the flat with my group, as well as recommended some places to go eat or attractions to see. We took his suggestion to try the Bruges Waffles Workshop and I would 100% recommend if you’re going to be there for a couple of days. Such a good experience!

Hans flat is a no-brainer, exactly like the pictures and the location is simply perfect. Hans is super helpful and we got tons of tips during our stay. Next time we are in Brugge, I’ll definitely look for his place again, 100% recommended!

Check-in

Check-in is possible after 3 pm (15:00).

It’s an easy self check-in process. We will send detailed check-in instructions shortly after booking.

If you want, you can drop off your luggage before check-in.

Check-out

Check-out is before 11 am (11:00).

If you want, you can leave your luggage after check-out and pick it up at a liter time.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
