This place is a gem right in the heart of Bruges. The apartment itself is clean and well appointed, the bed was particularly comfortable and the kitchenette great for light meals and breakfast. In terms of location all the “must see” sights of Bruges are within easy walking distance, Hans provided a comprehensive collection of literature and maps to help with the planning, and was great at communicating throughout the process. A trip to Bruges is a must and I would highly recommend Hans’ place to stay.

We had a great stay at Hans’ apartment in Bruges. It’s in a perfect location for exploring the area and the apartment itself is great and has everything you’d need for a city break.

This is a wonderful location. Very close to the main centre, but much quieter. A lovely park across the road, supermarket right close and wonderful bakery, butcher and fruit shop at the other end of the park. The apartment itself was completely clean, but the reception area in the building is crowded with cleaning materials and not much space to manuoever if other guests cross your path. The steep, narrow stairs can be a challenge with heavy luggage, but provide good exercise to work off the waffles and ice cream!

If you want, you can drop off your luggage before check-in.

Check-out

Check-out is before 11 am (11:00).

If you want, you can leave your luggage after check-out and pick it up at a liter time.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
